Harvesting Lessons

One of my giant yoga revelations, early on in my practice, was to treat challenges as opportunities for growth, to embrace limitations as possibilities and to turn stumbling blocks into stepping stones. As you commit to a regular practice no matter what, you’re always present with whatever arises. You learn to endure through thick and thin, realizing that both are nuances on the canvas of life. You keep the faith in the divine orchestration and suddenly realize that nothing ever goes wrong. It’s just another perspective of the truth that catapults you into a new learning curve. It’s inevitable to peek into our erroneous zones, to learn from mistakes and recapitulate matters in order to move on. But only when we do it with grace and compassion, without being at fault or carrying the heavy burden of regrets. We often take the blame for not having fulfilled our goals, for having missed chances to succeed, for having disappointed ourselves and others. And some of this reconsidering creates a fertile ground for growth. But oft, we get so wrapped up in the illusion of failure that we miss the current, feeling culpable and entrenched in dread. Why didn’t I….I should have….Had I done that….What if…..The moment has already fled and there’s nothing to be done, but to gracefully accept the present and move on. Sifting the wisdom from all the lessons learned we create a field of availability and tap into endless options for right action. And if something we really wished for didn’t happen, it was probably an imprint, an imposed craving, rather than our own heat-felt desire. And most of the times, the reason it didn’t happen was because it was either not the right thing for us, or simply the timing was off.
In Yoga, we are constantly shifting the mind into the heart to return to our essence. We retrieve our soul’s identity as we go with the flow and open up for intuitive guidance. Once the self comes into alignment with its purest manifestation, it is hard to err – we simply act out of necessity and everything we do is informed by meaning and resonance. Then a miracle takes place – we no longer have to grasp for things, instead opportunities land right into our lap. We just have to acknowledge them and take advantage of the serendipitous flow. As we move into the learning curve, we are encouraged even when things don’t move in accordance with our wishes. We realize that everything that happens to us at any given moment, whether perceived as positive or negative, is an indispensable piece that complements the puzzle. If we miss to recognize its significance we break the immediate chain between cause and effect, between self and other.
In recent years, due to the Earth’s ascension into a higher embodiment we have been filled with constantly increasing power to manifest whatever we are holding in our attention. As never before we are now capable of manifesting our deepest desires and dreams, but are also confronted with deep-seated frustrations, doubts and fears that have been part of our lives for a long time. All unfinished stuff, including personal issues that have never been resolved or are buried beneath our conscious awareness, are now making themselves known to us, ready to be accepted, allowed, and released. Returning karma, when dealt with in this way is no longer perceived as negative and hurtful and is thus transformed into a constant stream of opportunities. This gives us a chance for a grand new beginning in life, one new chance for each new moment. The reason we are offered the opportunity to deal with our unfinished business now lies in the ascension process of the Earth, and that includes every natural thing that exists on her. By entering the new higher dimensional frequencies she is rising above the thought-forms of right and wrong, victim and victimizer, abuser and abused. We as humans are given the unique chance to let go of duality consciousness. We can now choose to evolve and alter these outdated thought forms, beliefs and physical bodies in order to facilitate their own re-embodiment into higher consciousness. Those who choose not to take responsibility for themselves and their actions are likely to be vacuumed into the flux of change. If they are reluctant to choose and change, destiny will choose for them. This is a natural cosmic event and is in the best interest of all involved. There is no good or bad in this situation, only learning. The vibration of the Earth is accelerating. Those beings and creatures that resist the swiftness of its momentum, and deny the energy shift find that there is more energy running through their forms than their forms were designed to handle. All emotional or mental resistance manifests as physical blockages or congestion in the body. With the increasing Earth vibration, more life force energy, or Qi flows through the subtle body (etheric body) and exacerbates the blockages, which in turn manifest more rapidly than before. The more we resist, the more confounded we become. The more we learn to release and let go, the sooner we free ourselves from the karmic baggage and are able to reap such precious gifts as freedom, abundance and radiant health. By harvesting our lessons wisely, we raise our own frequency and transform the dysfunctional patterns that exist in our surrounding and the world. Within each new moment now we are capable of learning and mastering lessons that until not so long ago would have many lifetimes to grasp.
Cellular transmutation is necessary to accommodate our current evolutionary leap into Light. That means that our biology and senses are becoming much more acute, refined and sensitive. Because the gap between the visible and the invisible worlds is closing fast we will be able to intuit things on an unprecedented level. We are in the final stages of reclaiming our basic soul right to become multi-dimensional beings of love and light. As we change our world changes, too. By accepting that the current flux around us is only a side-effect of the crumbling of our old world in order to build a new one, we make the harvesting process gentle, effortless and exciting. Our lesson is to trust that everything happens for a greater reason, and is just a link in the chain of wholeness. As we realize that each season of growth is necessary, we expand our vision and reap the rewards. We consciously give meaning to and bless whatever happens to us. We learn to welcome, accept, celebrate and express gratitude for everything that occurs in our life, to honor that we are the master who has taken the role of a student.
