Flowering Breeze
We all want things, and we want them now. Whether material or experiential our desires reflect our innermost needs. We wait impatiently for the results, but seldom lose track of the process through which every desire arises and thrives. As we zoom into the anatomy of desire we discover a beautiful cycle of sowing, gestating, cropping, blossoming and fruition. We begin to cherish every step as a goal in itself. Sowing the seed of intention requires self-reflection and nurturing. As we begin to recognize our heartfelt desire we invite it to sit in our soul. It gestates within, and we are ushered into a maze of action and reaction. If we manage not to get caught up in craving desire we create the fertile ground for it to crop and thrive. Then, momentum does the rest, because we have already paved the right path for growth. I feel this lesson of nurturing an idea or a desire before it’s send out into the Universe has taught me not to skip stages in my yoga practice, and never to be bored by going back to basic. Basic yoga sequences are ideal for beginners, but they are deceptively beneficial even for seasoned practitioners who wish to deepen their practice and re-connect to the Source. Spring is the right time for unfurling our dormant self. It is also a time of renewal and regeneration when we have the chance to set our innermost intention and see it come to fruition. Isn’t that a magical moment of anticipating maturity? We just let the breeze help us be…
Treat yourself with a basic Yogea flow whether you are a fanatic or a fan, and sprinkle your intentions in the air, as you pause and savor the flowering breeze.
