The warm up takes you directly into an undulating flow of gentle semi-inversions, forward folds, backbends and twists to free up your joints and tendons and open up the entire spine. You will glide from kneeling lunges into side bends, from standing twists into balancing poses, from core strengtheners into quad openers. You will experience the cool Yogea transitions by shifting legs and alternating different poses on both sides, as well as try floating effortlessly through the levels to test you ability for equilibrium in a state of flow. You will try new compound poses that integrate binds with twists and joint stretches and cultivate your sense of center. Novel standing hip openers will take you into lateral core strengthening poses and reclining hip openers, as you learn to switch weight and shift planes and angles. The organic flow of juxtaposing hip openers to backbends, and quad openers to hamstring stretches will make your joints more supple and strong. You will anchor into the floor to come into a nourishing and exciting peak pose that requires you to integrate all the knowledge from the practice. Calming supine hip openers and seated spinal twists will decompress your spine, align your whole body and make you feel uplifted and free.
