Yogea Peace Meditation: In Tune
This Yogea meditation and mudra practice is structured in the form of the Chinese hexagram of the “Wooden Sheep”, and is intended to instill peace and harmony. The deep breathing opens up meridians and revitalizes the cells. The inventive mudras drawn from the Natyashastra (the ancient Hindu performance art treatise) and the I-Ching create a landscape of world peace. The creative visualization guides you into exploring your authentic nature and clothing it into sustainable form. The message of peace beams out of your heart to heal the world and bounces back into your body to heal yourself.
