Brief alignment: Lie on your belly with right foot tucked under, and left knee lifting off the floor. Grab left ankle with right hand, as you clasp right elbow with left hand. Lift chest and drop shoulders.
Benefits: Stretches the mid back, and opens the shoulder blades; strengthens the spine
Contraindications: Spinal or shoulder injury
