Merry Seal (reminiscing a seal, joyfully frolicking on the send)

Brief alignment: Start in a slight reclining supine position. Fold the left knee so you can clasp the inner left ankle with the right hand, while clasping the right elbow with the left hand. Arch your upper back and tilt your head left. Extend the right leg forward with foot flexed as you open the shoulders to the maximum.

Benefits: Opens the chest, shoulders and quad; uplifts; balances right and left brain hemispheres.

Contraindications: knee, elbow, shoulder and upper back injury
