Brief alignment: Start from all fours. Extend the left leg back and the right arm forward. As you tuck in your lower belly, place your right palm on your left sole, dropping the left knee into the right ankle pit. Even the shoulders out, as you twist your gaze over the clasped arm and foot.
Benefits: Decompresses the lower back, detoxifies the filter organs, opens the shoulder and stabilizes the wrist joint. Tests one’s balance and sense of postural and energetic alignment. Balances the right and left brain hemispheres.
