Yogea Oceanic Breathing
The breathing has a general purifying and rejuvenating effect on the body as it nurtures the cells with prana (life force) by promoting circulation, elimination and detoxification. The rich variety of breathing techniques activates the diaphragm and expands the lungs while stimulating the endocrine system, boosting the natural defense mechanism of the body, and oxygenating the brain. The repetitive contraction and releasing of the pelvis helps flush out toxins from the lower abdominal cavity. The twisting action of the lumbar spine releases lower back pain, while nourishing the inter-vertebral discs. On an energetic level it helps strengthen the body’s electro-magnetic sheath and the power of the mind to visualize and project intentions. The blended practices invite the practitioner to explore different ways of combined body movement and breathing, helping improve coordination and induce a general sense of energetic flow. The meditation is another inspiring way of appreciating nature’s abundance and tuning to the cycles of night and day.
