Satellite Dish

Brief alignment: Start from a seated position. Extend one leg to the side with the knee bend and the foot planted firmly into the floor. Fold the other leg back into your heel. Tilt your torso in the direction of the planted foot and extend the arms in line with the shin, activating the fingertips to receive higher dimensional transmissions.

Benefits: Opens the hips, stretches the quads, elongates through the sides of the waist and stimulates the kidney and spleen; allows you to tilt the axis and experience a different hinge point.

Contraindications: Knee and groin injuries

I love your innovative ideas and often incorporate them into my classes. I was really interested to see that you are going to be running teacher training. I hope I will be able to come one year.
