Brief alignment: Start from Shoulderstand. Bend both knees and swing them over your right shoulder. Carry the legs parallel to the torso and thread the right arm across to reach your left ankle. Lift the left shoulder gently off the floor as you straighten both knees and shift your gaze to the right.
